Celine's wooden platform clog sandals
I've been noticing a lot of clog-style shoes clomping their way onto the shoe retailer's websites recently, and I'm not quite sure where I stand with them. On the one hand, they can look quite funky, in a "Dukes of Hazzard" kind of way. On the other, well, they're clogs - and clogs mean clumpy, occasionally-difficult-to-walk-in shoes. This pair from Celine is at the top end of the clog market at $348.95, and I think they probably qualify as "funky", although I'm not sure about that odd little cut out on the sole. They're also available in beige and black.

I can just imagine the noise these will make. I'll pass. Such noises aren't classy or sexy or cute.
