Cheap or Chic Challenge: Patent wedge MJ's

cheapchictom.jpg
The last cheap or chic challenge showed just how easy it is to be fooled by a bit of colour, with 4 out of ten choosing the left shoe (actually from Steve Madden) as the pricey option, when it was in fact the right shoe that was the Stuart Weitzman offering. This week it might be easier to pick out the designer from the discount (but don't spoil it if you know where they're both from). What amazed me is that they're almost identical apart from the fact that one pair costs well over $500 and the other only $30!

I think the $500 pair is the one on the left. The leather looks like its better quality.

I agree. I like them though :(

I have seen this style of shoe by Christian Louboutin, Nine West, Target and Payless. The styles have been basically identical with only the leather material and the real vs. faux stacked heel being the difference. For a trendy type shoe I would go with the Nine West version because it is fairly inexpensive but won't cut into your feet like the cheaper ones will. However for a shoe you may not wear a lot, go with least expensive option.

Well, I'm so obsessed with owning the shoes, the originals, I know it's the left ones that are real, because you can see the badly faked wood on the right. I wish I had the cash to own the louboutins, I love them so!
