Christian Lacroix jewelled sandals

Well, Christian Lacroix never was known for his subtlety, and if bling is your thing, he's the man to go to. I think these shoes would actually look better on than they do off: I'm all for patterned inner soles, but these ones make the shoes look even busier than they would do anyway. Zappos describe these as "dripping with jewels" and "dripping" is about right – there's even one hanging off the side, next to the heel. Maybe a few less sparklies would have made these shoes nicer, but for $678, I guess you're entitled to expect your fair share of jewels…
