Inexpensive leather boots from Matalan

While we're often happy to have a bit of a flutter on cheap shoes to try different styles or add a bit of interest to our footwear wardrobes, it can be tricky to do the same with boots. They're usually quite pricey and synthetic cheapies frequently look, well, cheap. So it's great to see that, thanks to the bargain stores, we can still enjoy real leather boots, without having to slide more than a couple of twenties across the counter. Matalan's tan brogue-detailed boot on the left is £40, and the 'criss cross' buckled boot on the right, just £35.
