Yup, it's the old standard d'Orsay style peep toe with a bow on the toe, but this pair by Bettye Muller has one feature that sets them apart from all the rest - they've got spots on. I don't know quite what it is about polka dots that makes them so attractive to me at the moment - maybe it's that whole '50s pin up girl vibe they have going for them - but I think these would be fabulous for Spring. They're $374.
