Paul Frank's 'Travel Character' flip flops at ASOS
Flip-flops are that strange breed of shoe that don't quite fit in with the rest. They're rarely investment purchases, occupying those few warm weeks between spring and autumn; and being made of rubber, could generally be considered 'disposable'. Fortunately, flip-flops are often the least boring shoes you can buy; available in a myriad of colours and patterns. These 'Travel Character' cuties from Paul Frank would be perfect with floaty skirts and summer vests; and at £10 from ASOS, does it really matter that they'll only last a season?

Pretty shoes and a much prettier price than the red D&G ones on net-a-porter (even though I like some things that NAP sells)!
