Polka dot cork platform sandals from ASOS

Now, I'm not sure about ASOS's suggestion that you wear these sandals with "denim hot pants" (well, not unless you're a lot braver than I am, and harbour a secret desire to be Daisy Duke, anyway) but there are lots of other ways you could wear them that would look a little bit classier. Flippy summer skirts and dresses would look great, as would a pair of (full length) jeans if you want to go for a more casual look. They're just £30 at ASOS.
