Ok, I know they're not completely flat, but a 1" heel counts as a flat to most Shoewawa ladies! This Bandolino Shira peep toe is cool and cute with a patent leather bow and trim. They call it dressy but I see it more for work and semi-dressy occasions requiring sun dresses and lots of walking (that's where the 1" heel comes in handy). On sale for $39.99, they're a pretty good deal.
