Calipo Peep toe bootee

Woh. These boots confuse me a lot. I'm not sure when you're supposed to wear them. I love boots, I spend all of autumn and winter in boots but peep-toe boots? Surely you're feet would either be cold or wet, or both? Anyway, it's probably a simple case of being misunderstood so if anybody can explain these to me I'll be more than happy to accept them in to the boot world. £89.99 from Office online.
