Kors Layla vs. Mossimo Perry

Kors%20crisscross%20espadrille.jpgMossimo%20cork%20slides.jpg
Hmm..similar silhouette and a metallic finish? I thought these Mossimo Perry patent cork slides were cute back in February even before I noticed their similarity to the Michael Kors Layla espadrilles. The Kors feature a woven espadrille wedge heel and silver leather crisscross straps with jagged edges. The Mossimos are actually a bit sleeker with cork platform wedge heels and faux patent leather shiny crisscross straps. And of course the Target options come in red, green, or blue, which at US$21.24 is actually doable. Even at a discount, the Kors version is US$99.

no no no... Target copied Via Spiga, exactly.
I think it is called the Grant shoe. I'm amazed how shoe designers cannot sue for knockoffs

they copied the via spiga grant not the michael kors.

Definitely, we mentioned that one before. I just thought these were awefully similar, too! Looks like very little of their designs are their own!
