Gucci's 'Bouvier' mid-heel moccasins

oo.jpg
Ladies, I need your help. It's my birthday today, and I'm a firm believer in buying oneself presents at any opportunity, birthdays included. I can't decide what to go for, but one contender on my trusty shortlist are Gucci's 'Bouvier' mid-heel moccasins. They've been discussed before on Shoewawa (see links below) but, what can I say, they're classics, and classics deserve special treatment. I can't think of anything more Carrie Bradshaw than these white heels (I much prefer the white pair to the black). They'll cost you £250.00 if you're as tempted as me, but if any of you think I'd be making a terrible mistake, please do let me know!!

The shoes are great, and it's your birthday. You've been coveting them for awhile. RUN to the store, or better yet, have someone spoil you for your birthday and have them go get them. Maybe they'll even pay!

A birthday, anyone's, is always a great occasion for new shoes. You should see what I want for my niece's birthday. I'm hoping I can borrow them. :)

I don't know if it helps, but they look a lot like these shoes from BCBGirls:

But these are a lot less!

normally i'm not fan of 'those high society style shoes', but i've to admit this pair has something very special, very cute, something very 'jp gauthier' that makes them different. I mean you could look terribly sexy with those heels and urban clothes.

Mmmh gorgeous. So beautiful and classy, and a great, timeless shape too.

I love the way they look, but I'm wary of white shoes; I always think "oh i'll only wear them on special occasions, when it's not raining" but it would just be tragic for a misstep into a puddle to mean the end of them (and the £250).

I've wanted these for so long too.

The white is the better pair so go for it! They can go with jeans, khaki, white, navy. Very versitle for summer and spring.

Hi ladies!!
Thank you for all of your messages, after not too much consideration I've decided the shoes will be mine!
Thanks again :)
