Hetty Rose handmade shoes with vintage Japanese fabric uppers

hettyrose.jpg
With design credentials that include a year working with Georgina Goodman and a degree from Cordwainers at The London College of Fashion, it's no surprise that Henrietta Rose Samuels' shoes (sold under the label 'Hetty Rose') are pretty spectacular. The kimono range is a collection of handmade shoes created from vintage Japanese kimono fabrics, and each style can be custom-created from your choice of fabric. Shown above are Anais and Imari. For more information or to order (prices on application) visit HettyRose.co.uk.

oh my goodness! those are the only shoes that have made me audibly gasp upon seeing them.
I fear how much they'll cost, but they're top of the list for someday when I am all high-powered and reasonably wealthy and want to get myself a drop-deap gorgeous treat.
