Lotus shoes bring back memories of my mother in the 80s. Though she assured me now she wasn't constantly in heels during my childhood, I have an idealised memory of her as some sort of Working Girl esque power-suited go-getter in navy stilettos and red court shoes. These babies, £90 from the very cool Lotus Hallmark range, are exactly the type of thing the faux-mom of my memories would wear. And I happen to love them too. Teamed with a white dress and gold jewellery this Summer, they're perfect vintage style party shoes.
