Go dotty for these flirty black or red polka dot peep-toe slingback heels from Next

I'm not entirely sure what to make of these polka dot peep-toe slingbacks from Next. They're nice and cheap at just £25.00 and come in a pretty good range of sizes from 35.5 - 43 (UK 3-9) but are they a little odd do we think?! Availabe in red (pictured) and black, they have a 9cm stiletto heel and the material is textile. I do think they're sweet and girly but fear that they would get scuffed and dirty far too quickly - plus I have no idea what I'd wear them with? Any suggestions, ladies?
