I must admit I'd never list Louisa Lytton in my style icons, much as I may have liked her on Eastenders. Louisa is perfect as a style icon - understated at all the premieres and yet elegant and sexy. For an 18 year old to outshine most seasoned celebs surely, at the very least, puts her well on the path of iconic status.
