Not for the faint hearted: Christian Louboutin's classic Pigalle in not-so-classic blue leopard patent

For me, the Christian Louboutin 'Pigalle' is the ultimate classic shoe. It's got a timeless shape that's instantly recognisable, it looks effortlessly sexy, and it makes walking almost impossible without lots of practice. But the best thing about it is the myriad of colours that you can get it in. I'm rather taken with the blue leopard, which Foot Candy Shoes carry for $540. I'd avoid teaming them with denim (the look is a bit too trashy for me but if you're planning a Summer on Roberto Cavalli's yacht, it might work) but I can definitely see them working with a cobalt blue dress. Yum!

I LOVE THEM!! I tried the black ones today at Nieman Marcus and they're so narrow. I tried the 6.5, which is my size, but they already have a gap in the back, so whenever I walked in them, they'd really slip off. I love them, but that fit is so weird. It's narrow at the front, but big at the back. Do you think if I tried on the 6.0/36, it'll fit better? I'm going to Barney's tomorrow and check if they have 36. I just want to have them, regardless of the pain! They're so beautiful!
