Pare Gabia's metallic canvas tie wedge probably won't appeal to everyone - do you like it?

pare%20garcia%20wedges.bmp It occurred to me this morning that I haven't had a peek at the Urban Outfitters UK shoe stock for a while, and the first thing my eye was drawn to when the page loaded were these Pare Gabia metallic canvas tie wedges. I can just about cope with the blue version but the gold could quite easily send me off the rails! Generally I'm a fan of anything sparkly but these seem to be modelled on my boyfriend's work shoes (in black of course, rather than gold or blue which would be rather concerning), with a good dose of glitter and then a huge wedge attached to it! Are any of you lovely ladies fans? I'm just not sure what they could be paired with to make them look elegant or chic. Anyway, if you do like them, they're £95 in UK sizes 4-8.
