The Spice Girls are back...and not a platform trainer in sight!

Things have definitely changed since the heady days of Union Jack dresses, buffallo stilt-like platforms and pigtails. The Spice Girls held a press conference today to confirm what we all knew already - they're reforming for a world tour. The girls (three of whom are now mums, with a baby, um, Baby Spice on the way) have definitely come a long way since the original split, but there are still signs of the old Girl Power traditions. Emma Bunton and Geri Halliwell were both in platform shoes (albeit slightly lower than their old favourites) and Victoria Beckham was, as always, pushing the barriers of style (and good taste) as much as she could in PVC leggings and t-bar heels. I've got my eyes on Mel B's shoes, too! That and the skirt to match... Are they Marc Jacobs? If so, that's totally out of my budget but any less expensive alternatives?
