We've all given black patent a go by now but how about dark blue, like these 'Confession' wedges from Carlos by Carlos Santana at Zappos?!

Ok ladies, I'll admit that black and even red patent shoes are kind of old news now (not that that'll stop me from wearing them) - but what do you think of these blue patent 'Confession' heels at US$92.95? Perfect for you pointy toe lovers out there, they also have an unusual translucent wedge and 1.75 inch heel. Not perfect for summer admittedly, and in the winter I'm not sure how blue would work with black tights or anything like that, but ignoring those practicalities they're gorgeous, don't you think? If you're still not sure, they're also available in red, black and brown patent too!
