Ah ladies, the wonders of modern technology, eh?! Last week, while helping to bring you lovely shoe lovers the good, bad and ugly of the shoe world, I was also catching a few rays in sunny Spain! Alas it was not as perfect as it sounds - I have returned home with what feel like third degree burns and what looks like I've merrily lathered my shoulders and face in red lipstick! Despite this, I do feel refreshed and more than ready to search out more pretty shoes for us all to buy, starting with these green pointed flat slingbacks from Topshop. At just £25, they're 100% leather and although the pointed shape isn't one I find hugely comfortable, I love that finally more stores and designers are using the metallic trend to start thinking outside the box. What do you think, girls? Would they have been better in a more traditional gold or silver, do you think they're great as something a bit unusual, or are you just sick of metallics anyway?
