I realize I'm a little bit obsessed with finding the perfect flat (I was afflicted with this condition in the midst of spring and I haven't found a cure just yet) but at least I'll readily admit it. Here's another skimmer/flat that caught my eye: the Urban Outfitters patent peep toe tab skimmer. The eye-catching prison bar cutouts subtly open for a peeptoe - a small peep toe, just the way I like it. (I can't stand the peeps that shoe half your toes... they're not just peeping if you can see so many!) This pair is now reduced to US$14.99 from US$34.99 so I think I shall bite. I'll let you guys know if they're horribly uncomfortable ('cos I have a feeling...)
