Are biker boots really going to be hot next season?

There was more than a nod towards biker leather on this season's catwalks, especially from designer Hermès, but I'm not sure I'm ready to give up my girly fashions just yet. What do you think?

These ankle boots from Topshop certainly fit the theme of biker but they're just not for me. They look too tough and too masculine for my tastes, and I'm not even particularly girlish most of the time. I look forward to seeing some sexy leather flats, but as yet I'm left uninspired.
