Are Irregular Choice Shimmy slingbacks the worst shoes in history?

Are these the ugliest shoes in the whole world? Quite possibly. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw these monstrosities and surprise surprise, they're by Irregular Choice.

Quite obviously the most mental shoemakers in all the land, I begin to wonder whether anyone has ever bought a pair of their shoes at all when faced with these odd binbag/television interference style slingbacks. The material is awful, the heel is awful, that toe is making me actually wince. Just, why?? If you are among the chronically mental you can buy these for £59.99. But don't say I didn't warn you.

I admitted that wasnt a fab angle, taking pics yourself isnt easy, so i havent showed how fun the shoes are really.

I thought these shoes were disgusting, and then I looked at the link posted by emmao414, and now I think they're even more horrific!

I'd love to meet the people who say these shoes are nice and have a peek in their wardrobes to see what other hideous creations would be lurking there...

i got these shoes from ebay, in green not black. what do you think? not the best pic, but i've wore them 3 times, with 3 different outfits, and no one died at the sight of them so i think they are fab lol

This has indeed caused the mixed reaction I expected!

For all who disagree, that's what shoe shopping and fashion in general is all about! I think these are awful, and that's not going to change, but the article's all about my opinion. If yours differs then that's what debate is for.

I have seen some absolutely gorgeous shoes from IC but whatever the designer, when a shoe goes wrong there's no denying it from my point of view. When they do it right, it's great. When it's wrong, this sort of thing happens.
