Crochetted lace skimmers from Urban Outfitters

I don't know about the staying power of these lacey skimmers, but they sure are cute! You wish you'd just get scuff marks on these when you wear them out - in reality, I'd probably rip holes in them the instant I get them. Can you imagine what would happen to these if, on a slow day, you dragged your feet on sidewalk on your way home? Or, if you slipped off a curb? Or if you have a horrible habit (like myself) of stuffing your feet carelessly into your shoes and thereby practically crushing them? That lace would be destroyed... But fortunately a mere US$28 will cover the costs of temporary cuteness.
