Dorothy Perkins do Marc Jacobs with these cut-price strappy patent sandals

Dorothy Perkins' very Marc Jacobs-esque chunky strap sandals (left) are down to £12 in the sale. For that price you can definitely justify buying a bright colour like green or yellow over the original silvers and neutrals (right). I still can't decide whether this particular style is actually quite cool or whether seeing it so often over recent months has just meant I've built up an immunity to the granny-ish feel (I'm edging toward the latter)...but if you find most heels too delicate and most wedges too chunky, it is a nice compromise that won't leave you with painful feet at the end of a long day.
