Irregular Choice or not? The Cortesan Emblem heel

1106119320m1_exlg.jpg Irregular Choice are a tricky shoe brand, they almost always come up with monstrosities in my opinion, but I am slightly drawn to this pair. Is that wrong of me?

The Cortesan (shouldn't that be Courtesan?) Emblem Flower shoe is a very tame offering from the designers, and there are some things I really like. The mid-heel round toe is a classic shape but it still doesn't bore me, and I like the pinstripe of the basic design. The lace is a no-no for me, but the flowers are the bit I can't decide about. They're not the nicest, but then they aren't overdone, so can this shoe handle them? What do you think? They're available from Schuh for £59.99 if they're up your street.

Gorgeous shoes :) I own a pair. In fact, there was a Shoewawa post about them a while back. The flowers look really pretty and delicate in real life and the lace actually doesn't look too bad, provided you make sure it stays outside the shoe.

Wow! These are pretty great. That's weird. They remind me a little of Betsey Johnson.

I have similar feelings. But I think the whole ensemble could work with the right outfit. May be a simple black skirt or pant with a pinkish colored top (plain, maybe button up, no pattern) would look nice. All I know is that I would be totally eyeing those shoes if a women walked into the room with them.
