Miu Miu's red-soled black patent leather peeptoe heels

BGX03P6_mn.jpgCopy-cats Oh Deer aren't the only ones head-over-heels in love with Louboutin-esque red heels: Miu Miu's got a pair, too. And 'cos Miu Miu is a big fashion house, its not copying Christian Louboutin, you see? Miu Miu's red soled version extends all over, instead of stopping just after the slope of the foot. Miu Miu's peep-toe is the perfect size and shape (I cannot stand peep toes that have giant holes!) and boasts a highly polished, jet-black patent leather. US$395 for a pair!

I will say that for a copy... its a bad one, the shape is nowhere as fine as a CL one, the side cuts are too high, vamp is just classic... and a brand like prada doing a copy... it just seems plain bad

thats what i thought...it may be a high end copy but its still a copy! which means the ppl who buy these miu miu shoes and look down on people for buying high street are copies hypocrites! on manolo shoe blog they compared the two and the louboutin's look so much better! i bet he wished he copyrighted them red soles now!!! lol

They aren't copies. When I saw these at Saks, the bottoms are hot pink, not red. It's the picture that is making them seem like imitations. I think what Loubouitin did to the sole is a marvelous idea. Why can't more people do it? Why not a patent silver sole or a patent gold sole. Valentino did a swarovski jeweled sole for their 45th anniversary couture collection.
