Mmh, one of those shoes that doens't quite look good until its on the foot...
I want to say that I have issues the the lace-up because it looks very stiff. For an inebt bow-tier like myself, clothing with bows strikes the fear of bad-fashion deep in my heart! I always tie bows that droop lopsidedly, or somehow end up upside down (or worse, sideways), come undone at the worst possible time, or get caught in things. Stiff cords like those on these pairs of shoes are the worst - those bows are guaranteed to be sideways within minutes!
Nevertheless, the interesting lace-up action here would look fabulous for fall fashions on a bare foot, a tights-bedecked foot or even a knee-high-sock bedecked foot... I can't wait for gray, black and earthy tones to overtake the universe once more.
