The words shoes and sale on the same page are enough to get a girl's heart racing, but I found myself a little bit disappointed with this offering from J by Jasper Conran at Debenhams.
I don't count Debenhams among my one-stop-shops for feet, but I just can't make my mind up about these. On the one hand, they're a cute and fairly original alternative to plimsoles, but on the other... won't my feet sweat?! Still though, while the weather shows no sign of hotting up we can get away with wearing some exciting socks with these and I think they'll look great, if preppy (and what's wrong with that?). Team them with ankle socks and short shorts, if you dare to bare. £7.56 from Debenhams
