Run D.M.C daughters create tasty sneaker collection.

If you're a fan of hip hop and reality TV shows then I imagine you're partial to a little bit of Run's House on MTV, and if you're a fan of Run's House I imagine you're familiar with his daughters Vanessa and Angela Simmons, who have launched a line of sneakers under the name 'Pastry Footwear'. The first of the line is The Cake Collection with delicious sounding names such as Chocolate Mousse, Strawberry Shortcake, Red Velvet and Sprinkles (above). Each shoe has a tube of lip-gloss attached with it's scent/colour matching the shoe, and while I have to admit that I'm not overly excited, after showing the designs to my little sister and her friend, their excited offering of "oooh they're so pink and pretty" confirms to me that they'll definitely be a hit with pre-teen girls.
