Sambo nero peep toe platforms, only for the grown ups

These are what I call grown up shoes – they’re the shoes I always imagined I’d wear when I was a little ‘un, watching the grown up ladies strut their stuff. Of course, now I’m an adult I’ve found I can’t walk on this kind of shoe without tottering around all over the place, so there’s a part of me which still hasn’t grown up and feels like that little girl playing with mummy’s shoes. This is the sambo nero peep toe platform pump from Jean-Michel Cazabat, US$318.50, and you know what? I think they’re gorgeous and I might just buy them – it’s about time I grew up.

I think this is one of the most well written entries on shoewawa I've read. Thank you. It made me reminice of the times I used to slip on mom's pumps and teeter in them until I got tired, just wanting to be more grown up and beautiful as my mother.
