'Tallulah' from Monsoon

I’ve been looking for a lovely pair of red shoes for a long time, and while there are lots around they don’t all have peep toes and a diamante bow like the ‘Tallulah’, £65, from Monsoon. We featured the black version back in March, but I much prefer the red - the colour takes this from a fairly ordinary shoe to something quite special. And my solution to the *ankle straps make legs look like trunks* problem? I’m going to wear this delicious pair of shoes peeping out from under a pair of jeans.

Here's a little "shoe analysis" of this piece of work here.
The ankle strap will not work on any shoe with this heel. It needs to be high, so your legs don't appear as supertrunks. (Unless you are Mischa Barton).
The peeptoe. Well, in most cases it does work, in this one, it is just way too much. Peeptoe, jewels, ankle strap, velvet... God, enough.
Still I love the colour, and I admit having 2 pairs of red velvet shoes - one of them is the Office PomPom thing that made everyone on Ebay mad this winter... (no other way for me, poor Italian Showawaer to get English high street...)
So, Monsoon's big miss...

You can't put me off that easily - I still love it!

Yes, I can see that :)))
Thats a little bit like me, when falling in love with Monsoon evening dresses. I created myself a huge collection (with a little help of Ebay), and keep telling myself that I will wear all of them...eventually. :)
