Alissa espadrille from Kate Kuba - only for those with long legs?

As I suffer from stumpy leg syndrome (I’m short, people) I wouldn’t normally be drawn to a shoe with a ribbon tie around the ankle. As we all know, only our gazelle-like sisters can get away with something that visually cuts the leg in half, so what’s a stumpy girl to do when the shoe is such a beautiful colour? I love the dusky pink of this Alissa high espadrille wedge, £109.99, from Kate Kuba, and the ribbon tie looks flirty and frivolous. Maybe I could walk barefoot on the sand of a Caribbean beach and just hold these in my hand?
