Anthropologie's red, round toed 'Vannus' pumps with pleated leather fan embellishment

You just have to love the descriptions of the shoes on Anthropologie's website, don't you? I mean, you may think the pleated fan on the front of these 'Vannus' pumps is there purely for decoration, but you would be wrong! Not only does it look cute, according to Anthropologie, it's there to "circulate air and accumulate compliments wherever you stride". Well, I'm not sure about the "circulating air" bit, but I think they could be right about the compliments: these would make great work shoes, giving a bit of pop to a blue or black suit, but they'll also work with jeans, dresses and almost everything else you can think of, too.
