Banana Republic's 'Sophia' platform 4 inch heeled boots

br%20sophia.JPG As I've said before, I'm a fan of flat boots - in fact I only own one pair with heels. However, if you like a whopping big heel on everything, then how about Banana Republic's 'Sophia' platform boot. Available in sizes 5-11 (including half sizes), they're fairly pricey at US$258. They're also simple in design, with just a thin strap and buckle for detailing. They also have side zip closure and a four inch stacked heel, and are available in black, mahogany or cinnamon. The best thing though, is that the website actually tells you the calf circumference (7"/size 6 - 8"/size 10) so never again will you have to go through the trauma of buying a pair of boots that are too loose/tight around the calf!
