After months of wearing round toe (and peep toe) shoes, I have to confess that I'm a little reluctant to try to squeeze into a pair of pointed toe shoes again. If I absolutely had to though, Cole Haan's 'Alicia' slingback heels are certainly the sort of pair that I'd find very tempting. Made from suede with a leather sole and lining and a 3 inch stacked heel, they're available in black or brown. They do look rather long on the website, but I think that's probably just the angle at which the picture has been taken. They're US$195 - would they tempt you to go back to pointed-toes, or did you never stop wearing them in the first place?
