My rainy day heels from Beyond The Valley - quirky high heels by Marcello Toshi Cabayo
The best thing about miserable weather is that it forces you to stay in, surf the web, and discover lesser known shopping sites to spend money at...hold on, I guess that's more of a bad thing. My rainy day discovery this miserable August morning is Beyond The Valley, a fantastically quirky online shopping site that promotes emerging new talent across the art, design and, most importantly in our case, fashion industries.
I literally want to buy everything on there but if I had to choose just one thing, these Marcello Toshi Cabayo blue shoes would be it. If the ribbon bow at the back and unusual straps at the side don't catch you, the blurb which describes the heels as 'sensually representing the foot' should smash that cool facade of yours. Available for £198, they may be blue but they've certainly brought a bit of sunshine to my day.
