I love those ‘Oda’ heels from Chie Mihara - do you?

As much as I love summer, with all its heat and bright colours, I am, at heart, more of a winter person. I love this time of year, when all the autumn/winter collections are coming in, and I have just found my perfect pair of autumn shoes. These ‘Oda’ heels, US$338, from Chie Mihara are absolutely beautiful. The brown leather upper is on a gorgeous violet heel with violet trim around the shoe, and will draw attention whenever you wear them.

arelya - I've heard they're really comfy, which is always a plus with high heel shoes!

I love the color combo and the idea, I just don't like the thickness of the heel. I think we are going to see a lot more of the colored heels in the next year. Color on the sole is getting so common now that they need to look for new ways to "break out". And with the YSL Tribute shoe leading the way with their white heel, colors are going to abound. There are already Miu Miu heels with the white embellishment.

And they all can't do the Valentino couture Swarovski crystals on the sole. As much as I wish they would.
