Patrick Cox's 'Macy' platform heels are reduced by 20%

macy%2011.JPG As much as I'm a fan of Patrick Cox's shoe designs, I can't help but find these Macy 11 platform heels exceedingly disturbing. Ok, so there's nothing overtly alarming about them, but they immediately make me think of Roald Dahl's 'The Witches', where all the evil ladies are secretly bald with purple eyes and square feet. Surely these heels would have been perfect for them! They're now reduced by 20% to £180 and if you can get past the strange toe shape, they would look fabulous dressed up with a shift dress or trousers for work.

What do you think of these heels, and do you agree that the story and the film adaption are absolutely terrifying?
