Rhianna's single silver Louboutin, Cinderella-ella-ella style

Rhianna's fab new footwear, on display at the Paper Magazine celebration of her cover shoot: a full leg cast and a single silver Louboutin heel. Where'd you leave the other one, Cinderella? (...ella, ella?) Seems the princess has broken her toe during an excursion to Mexico, but despite the huge bulky cast, she still manages to look lithe, dainty and quite heavenly in fact, in that flowy white tunic dress, slender legs, and the glittering Cinderellian Louboutin. I couldn't find one just like it, but a similarly colored silvery, glittery, glitzy Swarovski studded Louboutin heel is available from Saks Fifth for an eye-popping $1225. I wonder if Rhianna's only had to pay US$612.50?
