Ugly Shoe of the Week

uglybooties.jpgZappos had the audacity to describe these horrors as 'rocked out booties', but I'd like to propose that 'off their freaking rockers' would be far more appropriate. While booties are still a major shoe trend this coming autumn / winter, I can't help but feel that they're taking the style just a bit too far this time. The folded collar wouldn't be nearly so bad if it didn't start at the toe, but in the end, it's the cheap-looking rivets that are the icing on this hideous cake. Better to take your $148.95 and burn it, than to spend it on these atrocities.

these are designed for hot, smelly feet. they are kept fresh by the amount of air getting in&out and if it rains, there is an extra moisturizing effect.

OMG. When I first saw those, I wasn't even sure if there was a shoe in there. I think designers have too much free time ond their filling those gaps by creating the most ugly shoes possible.
