Okay, I have no idea why I like this shoe. Having a quirky little heel really isn’t a good reason to buy a shoe that will 1) get dirty (cream in autumn/winter? Please!), and 2) not go with any of my clothes (what will multi-coloured stripes go with?). But heart decisions are not head decisions and I think this pair of Dupioni lace-ups, US$168 from Anthropologie, are just gorgeous. I need to find an outfit to go with them because my hand is slowly but surely creeping towards my credit card.
