Give your feet a frill with these heels from Belle by Sigerson Morrison

If these lovely heels from Belle by Sigerson Morrison are anything to go by, though, it appears that frills and ruffles are going to be appearing on our heels as well! In a chocolate-beige, these pumps are reminiscent of a high-collared jacket worn over an empire line gown from the Georgian era, or thereabouts.
