When I first saw these ‘Brief’ brown and teal shoes from Jones the Bootmaker, I wondered if they’d been taking their inspiration from the Chie Mihara ‘Oda’. Comparing them side by side, though, I can see they aren’t very similar, except for the nice colour combination and stacked heels. They don’t have the gorgeous blue heel of the Chie Mihara, and they are Mary-Janes, not T-bars, but the certainly captured my attention so there must be something about them, and at £75 they are a more affordable alternative.
