Loeffler Randall's 'Calliope' satin flats
Ladies, the unthinkable has finally happened: for the first time in months, I've discovered a pair of flats that I really don't like! Don't get me wrong, I'm not a complete heel-hating flat addict, but generally it's fairly hard for a sweet pair of ballet pumps to offend me. Not so with Loeffler Randall's 'Calliope' satin flats, though. I think that it's a mixture of the colour choice and the pleated tiered satin detail at the front which I can't bear! If it was a little more simple, the combination of nude, gold and navy wouldn't have been so bad but with pleats, I just am not a fan! That's US$345 I'll be saving then, what about you?

i think it's a nice idea, but i don't like the cap rouched effect, looks like a dried prune uggh...
i think those would have looked very nice if were all in satin texture and just normally shaped at the toe, rounded but slightly pointy... yep!
