My Favourite Shoes: Emi's perspex anemone wedges

Shoewawa reader Emi comes from Vancouver, but picked up these perspex wedges from the Shinjuku district of Tokyo. She says: "I love them because they are so out there! On the one hand these wedges, with their 4in plastic heels and crazy colors, are probably the sort of shoes that--to quote my mother, 'one should not wear while wandering alone at night', but I don't care.

"I think every girl needs a pair of shoes in her wardrobe that can, every once in a while, tempt her to forgo the plain old pumps or sneakers and try something a little more wild!" I think I would have to agree, Emi!
