Renee Zellweger buys Manolo Blahniks for a stranger. Lucky stranger!
Note to self: find out where Renee Zellweger shops. Hang out there. Hope to get chatting to her. Why? Well, because the last person who found herself shoe-shopping in the same store as Renee got herself a free pair of Manolos from the star, that's why. Makeup artist Wendy Faracino was admiring the Manolos in Saks when she bumped into Renee, who was doing likewise. Shortly after she returned to work, Wendy received a gift-wrapped shoe box from the store manager himself, containing the coveted Manolos - paid for by Renee. "She wanted you to have them," was the simple explanation. Aww! Isn't that a lovely story? And don't you just wish it had been you?
