Topshop's flower detail slingbacks - the acceptable side of perspex on shoes?

We've said "no" to perspex more times than Amy Winehouse has said "no" to rehab, but still it keeps on coming. Topshop have used perspex on their shoes a few times this year, but I think these pretty flower peep toes are the most acceptable ones so far - in fact I had to do a double take to find out where, exactly, the clear bit was. (It's just next to the toe, in case you're having the same problem). It still wouldn't be my first choice of footwear fabric, but I can see myself wearing these with a little black dress and not minding too much about the clear plastic next to my toes - how about you?
