Tory Burch's Winnie wellies keep out the rain with a hint of style
I'd love for wellingtons to be only necessary in festival season, but I've just looked outside my window and it is quite frankly bordering on torrential out there. While the lumpen garden green welly isn't exactly what you want to be seen in on the high street, there are alternatives.
I never thought I'd see a designer 'rain boot' in my life, but these Tory Burch Winnie boots have proven me wrong on that. The patent banding and logo give these a little edge of style to say "I have to keep the rain out, but I don't have to look like a garden gnome". They're available from Shopbop for $295. Perhaps a little bit too much to splash out (sorry) on rain wear for some, but then I do live in Manchester...
