Ugly Shoe of the Week
Let's face it. If Marc Jacobs keeps going... well, the way he's going; we're going to need to change the title of this column to 'Yes, Another Ugly Marc Jacobs Boot'. Given that I am generally overcome by love and adoration whenever he produces a new handbag, I can't understand the disconnect between that kind of beauty and the horrors of his shoe collections! Perhaps he just doesn't (gasp!) care about shoes. Perhaps he has some shoe-related phobia - driven, no doubt, by some scarring incident in his youth - which pushes him to exact his revenge on the humble shoe. Or perhaps he's just mean. In any case, if you're in the market for a pair of rubber boots, bedecked by about half a dead sheep, they're $294.99US.
